Tom Farrell is a Managing Director at Changing Our World, and formerly CEO of Trinity Fund Raising Consultants.
Tom has been involved in Catholic philanthropy since 1985. He has directed or supervised more than 1,000 successful parish fundraising programs in some 30 states in over 100 dioceses. The goals for many of these appeals have ranged between $1 million and $10 million. In addition to parish work, Tom has been associated with two dozen major diocesan capital campaigns.
Tom is a member of the Advisory Board of St. John the Baptist High School in West Islip, New York and a Trustee of Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, New Hampshire. He is a graduate of Franklin Pierce and lives in Smithtown, New York with his wife, Ann Marie, and sons, Thomas and Daniel.

Trinity Senior Management joins Changing Our World, enhancing service offerings and client experiences
Changing Our World, Inc., a leading fundraising services firm, announced it completed an agreement with Trinity Fund Raising Consultants (Trinity), a fundraising firm that specializes in helping Catholic institutions raise funds for mission critical projects and services. The senior management of Trinity has joined Changing Our World’s fundraising division, rolling its existing client base and service offerings into Changing Our World’s impressive client list.
Founded in 2001, Trinity quickly became a national leader in Catholic fundraising, with a mission to provide fundraising support and assistance to Catholic parishes and other major institutions through capital campaigns, planning studies and stewardship programs. Trinity’s former Chief Executive Officer, Tom Farrell, has joined Changing Our World as a Managing Director.
