BACKGROUND

In 2015, Changing Our World was engaged by the United Nations Foundation to assess its current fundraising program and to develop a more integrated model of resource mobilization.

CHALLENGE

Changing Our World examined the behaviors of the almost 250,000 donors to the more than 14 programs of the UNF. Following an extensive analysis of donor behaviors, Changing Our World examined not only the current advancement structure of the Foundation, but the advancement structure of peer organizations.

SOLUTION

Following this analysis, Changing Our World recommended an integrated development functionality that would drive an enhanced resource mobilization program.
Changing Our World was reengaged by the United Nations Foundation in 2017 to conduct a feasibility study in support of a $30 million campaign to assist the United Nations Foundation in strengthening its advocacy program. Changing Our World developed a comprehensive case for support, conducted a comprehensive screening of its constituency database and developed a sequenced list of campaign prospects to inform the campaign solicitation process. Additionally, Changing Our World developed strategies for campaign engagement.
