Susan Raymond, Ph.D.

Susan has extensive experience in research, analysis and planning. Prior to joining Changing Our World, Susan held positions with the New York Academy of Sciences, where she founded the public policy program, the World Bank and the U.S. Agency for International Development. She has been an advisor to several State Department and Congressional commissions on foreign assistance reform.
