As the Managing Director, Talent Development with Changing Our World, Kristina focuses on employee engagement, talent management, human capital strategy, and learning and development. She brings extensive experience in multiple human resources and organizational development areas, such as: workforce engagement and analytics, management and leadership development, organizational and team effectiveness, surveys and assessments, performance management, culture and inclusion, and talent development.
Kristina has designed and implemented a broad array of talent programs and solutions in cross-sector settings, including advertising, financial services, non-profit, and consulting. While working in consulting, she advised many large clients, including: Nasdaq, Merck, GameStop, Under Armour, Hackensack University Medical Center, Schindler, and Ball Corporation.
Kristina resides in New York. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and is a graduate of Fielding University’s Evidence-Based Coaching program.
